Unforgettable Notes

Thanks for visiting! New from Unforgettable Notes: the Let’s Focus on Puzzles books. These activity books are for older adults living with mild cognitive impairment, mild dementia, in stroke rehab, or just having difficulties concentrating. They look like standard large print puzzle books (with no mention of dementia or illness anywhere on the book). The difference is that the activities, while fun and familiar, are more bite-sized and achievable.

You can find Let’s Focus on Puzzles Book 1 and Let’s Focus on Puzzles Book 2 on Amazon. However, if you’ve come for the sample Let’s Focus on Puzzles activity book, it’s right here. No need to sign up for anything, though if you’d like updates on new books, see my mailing list details below.

You can download the Sample Activity Book from Google Drive, or if that doesn’t work for you, click the button below. You can print it on US letter or A4 paper.

Conditions of use: you’re welcome to print as many copies as you like, but please don’t remove my copyright information, sell the copies, or post the booklet online. I hope your loved one enjoys it, and that you head back to Amazon to find the actual books, which have all new puzzles––no repeats!

I also have a page of tips for using the puzzles with a loved one, available on Google Drive, or below.

If you’d like to get updates on new books, just leave your email address. I promise not to share it with anyone. Or follow me on my Amazon Unforgettable Notes page!

Tip: Please don’t sign up using the main site pop-up, unless you’re an English language teacher or volunteer!

Here are some more of my Unforgettable Notes visitor and log books: you can see all the different covers on my author page…

The rest of this website is all about my English language resources, including ESL word puzzles.

As you might guess, I work in Adult Education, so for my Unforgettable Notes puzzle books, I consult with a wonderful Dementia Lifestyle Coordinator.
